No, the K series 6 speed tranny will not work.
You would be better off looking for a GSR tranny. It has slightly longer gearing, which would be ideal for your boosted setup.
Stock Honda LSD's are good, until you start putting down some serious power. If you are looking for a good, in-expensive LSD. Pick up the one from OBX. Ahhh, OBX you say.. There is a guy here running low 10's, with a OBX LSD. So far it has held up fine.
