This has been already addressed but I'll add something just for you love:

Because the koni's have different hieght perches doesn't make it an hieght adjustable shock. It just means you can sit the spring lower or higher. The perches are meant to give you more choices for different springs and better weight distribution tuning without getting single rate coilover sleeves or full blown coilover strut packages. A hieght adjustable shock, is a shock where you can adjust the shaft to better dampen springs of different heights. This is a better solution than just having different perches at different heights. Besides, the strut shaft is not you use to raise or lower ride hieght. The spring is because that's whats actually supporting the weight of the car.

But the Koni's aren't meant to a proffessional racing shock that are infinitly variable for compression rebound and height. They are meant to give you good dampening for a lower price.

So what were you saying?
