HP/TQ isn't meant to be friendly. If you can't stand the vibs, don't mod your car.  If you can't handle those, i'd stay away from lowering your car aswell along with low profile tires too.. But yes your going to want some flew pipe in there so you don't break the header pipes loose from the flange.
