Diagnosing an electrical problem requires patienc and a methodical approach.
How I would start:
Make an enlarged copy of the wiring diagram.
Test to see if the motor is getting power and work backwards along the circuit to find the problem.
When one of my power windows stopped working, it turned out to be the motor. I took the motor apart and found a lot of metal filings. Went to a wrecking yard to get a replacement and noticed a lot of the cars were missing the power window motors. (Is this a common problem?)
Replacing the motor took me about an hour.
