Well, only the crank and rods are forged. The stock pistons are cast, but there are aftermarket forged options. You can head over to the
Turbo Dodge Forums and head to the swap meet section and jump into the for sale section. There are members that sell stock rods and pistons all the time. Also, Turbo II pistons and rods will work in your engine. If you want new pistons and rods or you want to look at the aftermarket forged options for both check out these two vendors:
