I don't know about where you all live, but here in FL, it's $2.15 a gallon average price. I thought last year when the average price was $1.75 a gallon was steep, geez, I hate these prices now. I know enviromentalists want to save the earth, and I'm all for that, but if I'm on a limited income, and drive 21 miles to work everyday, burning about a gallon along the way, there needs to be a big push to drill elsewhere for crude oil. Off the shores of my home state in FL, they've been debating for years as to whether they should drill off the Gulf of Mexico. I say do it! I love FL's Gulf Coast and don't want it to look messy, but unless there's an alternative fuel ready to go, let's start drilling of the Gulf of Mexico and Alaska!
