Gee... who'da guessed? It's the coolant temperature sensor. I picked up a new one today at Murray's for $10.99. I'm skeptical that this will fix the problem, but I've been told that it probably will because this sensor ties in with 2 other sensors that control fuel flow? Who the hell knows...

A tip for anyone looking for a coolant temp sensor for a 95 blazer - if they give you one that looks too small to fit the connector, tell them to look up GP Sorensen part #TSU155. I'm not sure if it was listed wrong or I was asking for the wrong sensor, but mine is definitely a coolant sensor and the above part number was the perfect fit for it.
