narrowed down low end power problem

After installing new AC Delco spark plugs, a new cap and rotor, and a new upper plenum intake gasket, I am almost certain that my low end power problem is in the CPI spider injector in my 95 blazer. But I have learned that there are several more parts in the Fuel injection system in this year. In addition to the spider CPI injector there is also a fuel pressure regulator as well as the lines that go from the injector to each cylinder. When I had the upper plenum of the intake off, there was a lot of brown discoloring around the injector as well as little discolored puddles of fuel. Anyone have any suggestions or any experience in dealing with a similar problem?
