Check all vacuum lines(brittle or gummy). Used a piece of hose as a makeshift stethoscope and check around the intake manifold and the throttle body. You can spray around there with WD or carb cleaner and listen for a change in the idle also. Just be carefull as carb cleaner is flammable.
