There were many kits avaliable to choose from, ranging from the Enzo the the Mercedez benz ( 190E I think?) to the Raybrig NSX to the Calsonic GTR and the Xanavi Nismo Z. I, however chose the Xanavi Nismo GT-R because I liked it best...but I think it will be really hard to paint the two - tone color, as I am not an expert at masking. My body might stay transparent for a while....or if I can afford it, get a different body for the meantime. I am considering the 190mm Silvia S15 one from HPI, but I am not sure if that is in stock. (not allowed to buy online)

My car is completely stock for now and will probably stay that way for a good few months. I am planning to get bearings first then possibly the dampers. I'm probably going to stick with this motor for a while though, and instead get the aluminum driveshaft and the aluminum steering set. I'll have to wait until I have more money, then I'll decide.

As for the charger, yes I have the crappy "Power Cord" charger. My parents don't want me to waste any more money, but I will probably get a different charger eventually, probably in like 6 months. I am considering a Peak Charger, but they seem to be pretty expensive to what I can afford. My current charger gives off 9V ~ 500 mA.

This is my first time using a "Real 1:10 R/C touring car", so I have no previous experience with the 7.2 Volt battery. I would have gotten a Nitro, but then I have read the threads saying that an electric will be much easier to maintain (for a begginer) and be much quieter.

My ESC is one of the cheap ones though, where the replacement price is about $30 US. I don't plan on going all hardcore, spending a few grand on my car though so I am happy with what I have.

This is the controller I have, nothing too advanced with the lap-timers or computers....just a basic pistol controller. I can also use my x-mod crystals too, if I wanted to.

And my car:

The chassis took me around 6 hours to build...but I still have to do the body sometime.
