Waxing alone isn't enough to remove swirls. It all depends how bad it is, being black it could be really bad. In that case your best off taking it to the pro's for the best finish. If it's not so bad Meguiars or Mothers multi steps work ok. Clay bars are a must after washing, before polish, glaze, or wax. They clean the paint like no other, making the later steps much easier.
