97 Dodge Grand Caravan Handicapped - Electrical

According to Dodge dealer, they say a BCM is not functioning properly but I'm noticing that I have trouble when there is water on the road (rain or snow).

What's happening --

1. Automatic door locks unlock and lock on their own (with and WITHOUT key in ignition).
2. At this time, when I put the breaks on my backup lights light up
3. Sometimes my windshield wipers start to go back and forth.

I take off the battery cable and let it stand overnight or several nights and reattach the battery cable in the morning to go to work. This sometimes stops the door locks from doing their thing. But right now the backup lights are coming on everytime I use the break pedal.

This is a HANDICAPPED VAN but that area has been taken out of the system and it continues to do the above.

Does anyone know how I can find out which body control module would cause this or know how to find a repair manual?

I'm also wondering if it might not be the BCM but wires getting wet!!!

HELP -- My dodge dealer says, "Next time I bring it in, I have to pay per hour" The last time it was in they had it for 2 days and they said it would've cost $1200.
