The problem for civics with upgraded engine has always been cooling because of the fact that the AC condensor takes half the space of the open front end. So the two choices were always get a $500 aluminum racing radiator or throw out the condensor and get a full row radiator.
Now I was looking at a 5th gen prelude recently and I saw it had a full row radiator and AC. After a little inspection, I found the AC condensor placed in front of the full row radiator and it too was taking up the whole space in front of the rad. So logically I thought, couldn't you do that to a civic? Granted you could find the space for it, couldn't you get a full row AC condensor AND radiator to get bad ass cooling and still keep AC? Could the AC compressor handle the extra space for the R134a liquid or does it even matter?
