Yeah, Herculiner.

And yup, I found it at K-Mart (actually the only reason I went into the K-Mart, and I lucked out...)

So far it's holding up pretty darn well, I herc'd my sliders, too, and I did manage to scrape some of the stuff off on the bottom once out on the trail, (on rocks and the like), but all in all it seems pretty durable. Really easy to touch-up, too. If you were just putting it on the grill I don't think you'd have to touch it up at all, it's pretty resilient stuff. I found thinning it out w/ paint thinner just a touch made it go on the plastic trim a little better, and with fewer of the rubber texture particles...looks a little smoother that way (although I like the more textured look on the actual body work & sliders.)
