Ill tell you, that is one hella tuff bumper.. the bumper got off without any body dents, and my dad's car remained untouched (damn license plate) It got me a nice pair of SCREW hole mark indentations from the license plate 
they're not too deep tho, should be able to paint over them...dont think anything really happened but the impact noise was pretty loud!
