few things you can do....
make sure it is a good grade pads, brand like raybestos, abex squeaks a lot.
make sure you have shims on the back of the pads, if the new pad doesn't come with shims, clean up the factory one and reuse it.
make sure the back of the pad is lubed.
If you can take the brakes apart again, use sandpaper to sand the surface of the rotor to deglaze it. Sand the surface of the pad as well. 90 percent of the time it can make the noise goes away.
make sure caliper hardwares are decent condition and have good tension to hold the pads tight.
