Best bet is to either swap a 4V, or find a wrecked no good 4V in the junkyard and pull all the parts off of the front of the motor like the timing covers, etc. Not really worth it for the cost, the stock 3V heads already flow as good as a fully ported 2V race head, and a stock 4V swap is going to flow about as good as a ported 3V on the intake, and a bit beter on the exhaust, but the ported 3V heads will be fair bit cheaper.
