Don't waste your time fucking with a new flange onto a T3 flanged manifold. Go pick a T3 up out of a junkyard for 100 bucks and be done with it. Don't piss around with a block guard because they're useless, they don't do anything but push your cylinders out of round and block coolant flow. 5zigen doesn't make a 3" exhaust, and spend a bit more on hondata/uberdata + 450CC DSM's + walbro 255 instead of dicking with an FMU.
