That is also false.

The Aston Martin DB9 and new Aston Martin V8 Vantage both use a modified Vanquish chassis. The next Jaguar XK8 will use the new XJ's aluminum chassis.

The 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage will use a modified 4.3 liter Jaguar V-8 which is normally 4.2 liters.
