Got the trim off, had to use a pry bar, man those things are tight in there. Course they been on there for 13 years. There was no problem there.

May have fixed the problem, behind the panel on the driver's side 2nd seat (middle row) snapped the panel off and found the memory module, as I wiggled the top plug the locks would respond, cleaned the plug with WD40, as it looked like the pins are aluminum, and had a white sheen on them, and the locks work fine now, but time will tell.
