UPDATE.
Kit is coming along really well. Have it all painted apart from the masking of the body to paint yellow.
Finished off all the small detail work with the brush over the last 3 days.
Got caught out with the doors today
. The inside of the whole body and doors has to be painted black. I like to brush this as it gives it more of a "race car look" then spraying it. When i done the inside of the doors by the handles they have a hole molded under the handle that i never saw. After painting the black, some had started to run down the outside of the yellow door
Lucky for me i waited till it dried, picked it of the sanded it out
Next few days well be spent putting decals to the finished bits like tyres/dash/brakes etc. Then will start to assemble it
In a few days time will be the hard bit of masking the body up to paint the yellow. The masking will have to be perfect as you cant hide any bits with decals around the front air dam
