While I would agree that those are probably two of the most valuable examples of the F1 GTR, I still don't think that either would command a higher price than an LM. The fact that an LM is road legal and offers an extra seat as well as some comfort features over a GTR makes it much more usable and desirable to someone who isn't looking for simply a track-day toy.
