I hate to say this, but it sounds like a short in the wiring somewhere. You most likely have a wire making contact with metal of another wire that is causing the fuse to blow. I don't know how the dome light and other issues relate to the ABS. Before the problem started was there any work done on the car anywhere? Something done that would cause pinched or cut wires? If so I would begin to look in that area.
