I have a 1993 Infiniti J30. This car is the S--t. I love my car, however, for the last several months I cannot drive it because it is not getting spark all the time. 1.This is an intermittent problem 2. Sometimes the car runs great, sometimes it misses and I need to feather the gas through this period and then it begins to run fine, sometimes it just dies and is totally flooded and can not be restarted until it dries out. 3. I have taken the car to my Nissan dealer and they told me it could be: The mass air flow meter, the ignition module or the main computer. It also could be the coil packs. I have replaced the mass air flow meter, no help; I have replaced the ignition module, no help. My mechanic says he doesn't think it is the main computer as this is either no good or good, not intermittent. The coil packs are a remaining option, but do I buy six or one or what. Can I tell if they're good?
