There is no lower strut bars, they are tie bars tieing the lower control arms together at a weak point of the frame.

H-braces are far better and provide more clearance.

If your trying to improve the handling a rear sway bar upgrade will do more than all those braces(upper strut, lower tie, & H-brace) Then again they serve 2 different purposes. Sways control body roll and the braces provide stiffening to a weak frame.
