it's pretty obvious he wasn't the one who wrote the article. I mean how could he talk about both of them in that way without actually seeing/hearing/driving them in person.
I think all he would've had to do is add the link to it.. If people go after him for copyright infringement because he posted it on a message board, then they are extremely anal retentive and shouldn't have their articles on the net but in print instead
