Either the Maserati Quattroporte or the Jaguar XJR. I don't find any of the German cars appealing, and the Lexus LS430 is even more German (in spirit) than damned MERCEDES.
Although, there is a car I'd choose that was sadly left out of this comparison and has reached the end of it's lifespan thanks to those MOTHERFUCKINGVOLKSWAGENBASTARDSWHOSHOULDCHOKEONTHE IROWNVOMITFORFUCKINGUPBENTLEY.
