It's not that bad, I just finished mine and probably will have to take it apart again, bad lifters, or bad oil pressure. If I added all the time up it was about 6-8 hours of work, not counting the cleaning of the existing lifters and other parts. I was very meticulous, taking cardboard and placing each bolt on it with a pattern of where it went, made for real easy reassmbly, also took digital fotos along the way, which came in real handy hooking up all the vacum lines and wires.
