Well I finally think I have the timing all nice and perfect. So thats good.

The only thing is that the timing belt is really loose a few times around when I turn the crank.

Half the time its just about perfect, and the other half its really loose, and it slowly starts to slip off just by me manually turning the crank. I am sure if i started the car it would come off easily.

I tried tightening the tensioner, that I finally got back in after taking the belt off again, but it doesn't seem to even do anything.
