Debbie, assuming that a genuine BMW dealer is doing this under the terms of BMW's CPO warranty, you'll be getting an engine that has been rebuilt to the highest standards in the industry. The only thing better would be a brand spanking new engine right off the BMW assembly line; however, have no fear or concerns about the quality of the engine that you are getting.
Now, if it's NOT a Bimmer Dealer, all bets are off! Good luck!
