TPS sensor is very imprtant to how your car will run, new one has to be adjusted properly or you will get hard shifts, etc. Its only covered under 3yr 36,000 mile warranty. Not covered under powertrain warranty. The knock sensor you can live without but you will probably get pinging if you run cheap gas. The knock sensor will not set an SES light but it will store a code in memory. The intake has to come off to replace it which is a PAIN on that car.
