Port and size of ports are dependant on your desired tuning, as well as the NET volume and size of the port!
In all honesty, it's QUITE difficult to design and lay-out correctly. If you like, I design custom ported enclosures for a small charge...just to make it worth my time.
All I need is, max dimensions (in terms of Width, Height, Depth). What amp, and round-about desired tuning (if you're not sure, fill me in on what type of music you like...and whether you like Sound Quality or Loudness more). I'll design and lay-out a custom ported enclosure for you, including all specs and dimensions, as well as a cut-sheet of exact size of all pieces needed AND a sketch!
