I did the same thing when I pulled apart my steering columb. Youll hyave to pull off the steering wheel, you should see a little metal ring around the shaft and if you look on your steering wheel there is a small wire that leads to a connection that looks like a small glass fuse holder, pull that connection apart and inside there is a spring with a small conntact at the end. What you want to do is make sure all the bolts are tight and that connection on the spring is not touching anything until you press the horn down.
