My wiper blades will stop working while I have them turned on but if i get out and start to move them they start to work again. They dont do it all the time just on occasions. I have changed the fuse but it did no good. Is the wiper motor going bad, if so how do i know for sure. Or could it be something else? Thanks for any help.
