first question....never heard of the C2DI. ignition systems dont do much for our cars.
second question....if you want to adjust the air/fuel ratio, then get a SAFC. the EMS is a full stand alone engine management. its not a piggyback systems. it replaces your ECU. with the EMS, you control EVERYTHING. fuel maps, timing, EVERYTHING. also the EMS is only made for the 4cyl manual 3G
