That is not true. There is no difference in the chassis of an V8 LX to a GT.
I don't know of any company's that sell GT FX kits as a set. You can buy the parts all seperate though. Many company's sell simular kits but with the Cobra look.

6 grand, is that CDN? Since you listed it as cheap and the mileage in Km, that's what I am assuming.
