What I heard from Henri Helanto is that some (or all) of these cars are not genuine LHD's. They are done by connecting the existing steering to a extra steering wheel in left.

X's mark a chain/belt/?? that was used to get the steering response back to right side. I would think this would create quite a poor steering response and I would never do this to my car. Anyways, this is something I heard from Henri, I don't know if it is true or not. If it is, it's not street legal.
