Open up the phone book and call your local Autozone or Auto parts chain of your choice. Not sure I would go with a used cable unless it was free. This part can't be that expensive even from a dealer. So call an auto parts chains, then a dealer in that order: the dealer is usually more expensive but sometime you have no chioce.
