well, one option I dont know if you have considered if you are having problems finding an inexpensive jdm vtec one is getting the EDM vtec and removing the fog light as it is a red insert in the reverse light housing (at the factory, Honda places them on either the right or left side depending on whether it is RHD or LHD). Just one thing to keep in mind. But I will look around and send you a msg if I get a vtec jdm center piece.
