thanks everyone!!!! I read that racing post before..its very catchy(good story). I think I will do some reasearch on Philadelphia laws(hope i can find em!!!!!!!) for street racing.
I think everyone's input will help me carry this to a 5 page paper at least. Shouldn't be to bad...its due mid March so I got some time. Maybe ill post it up here when im done it.
