Typical power distribution/fuse block wiring diagram 1988 on according to the Hays manual

Looks like your looking for a wire that is hot only when the car has started? Anyway the wiring diagram in Hays show a few wires coming off the ignition. Red runs in (hot all the time) and pink, orange, yellow and brown run out. It says Orange is hot in the run position only and brown is hot at accy ( <-- all the way back?) and run. It doesn't specify when the pink and yellow are hot so I would gather they are hot in all stages but off. Get a testing light and find out wich are hot when you need them to be (according to the product your intalling.) I'm not an expert at reading these things, most days they give me a head ache, so proceede with caution. Btw you can get this same book at autozone for under 20 dollars: wiring diagrams are in the back of the book. If your gonna trial and error, buy some fuses first :-/

Some added info that may help. The Brown runs to your radio and wipers, the orange runs to your fan and blower, the yellow runs to your tranaxel selector switch and the pink runs to the ecm, gauges, turn signals. It looks like they all run into the fuse box then branch out to thier various systems with exception to the yellow one that doesn't state if it does or not.
