That shot was taken at the 2003 (I think) Palo Alto Concours when #045 was displayed by Canepa Designs. There are several similar photos in circulation of that car from that day, but that one in particular happens to make the car appear to be a gray/blue like the color of the Australian F1 has been described.
As for the dealer the Australian F1 is at - I'm not talking. In fact, I have probably said too much already.
We all know how that goes though...
I don't believe the car is there to be sold, and it doesn't seem like a place where just anyone could go hang out.
