By a "Stage 1" turbo kit I'm assuming you mean a turbo upgrade and support mods. DSM tuners has a popular upgrade path that works well http://www.dsmtuners.com/tuning-guide/2gturbo/. As for parts, you can try sites like www.roadraceengineering.com or www.slowboyracing.com. If you search, or look on the thread titled "read before posting" you can find more. Do some maintenance to the car before modding, it'll save you money when things don't break... as fast.

I don't know where you got the number 3500, you can do it for a lot less.
