I'm pretty disappointed with the WRX's performance too.
I was at the Subaru dealership a couple weeks ago, and the salesman told me the price tag on the STi was going to be around $70 000 Canadian!! I would expect better peformance from a car in which I would be paying so much for.
I would WAY rather get an Evo VI or Evo VII anyways.
