Get a electric drill and polishing bonnet attachment, or a electric buffer, go to the auto parts store and pick up a can of paste rubbing compound, and a can of paste polishing compound, about 2.00 a can. Follow directions on can, those two will polish plastic lenses better than anything. Not to mention do wonders on paint, you can poilsh/clean auto glass too, remove scratches, etc (takes time tho) anything more abrasive will put more scratches on all these parts than you remove.
