There should be 2 bolts at the base of the bottom cushion. They are sort of tucked in to the padding so you have to feel around for them. Just run your hand along the seam where the seat pad meets the floor. Take those out.
Once the cushion is out of the way, you should see 2 bolts in plain sight that were behind the bottom cushion. Take those out and the top pad should come out.
