The noise sounds like the tires on a 4x4 truck, but what is strange is that it is loud on black top roads, and somewhat quiter on cement roads like the interstate. It is very noticeable basically at all speeds, but gets louder as the speed goes up.
How does a wheel bearing noise sounds like. It is a low rumble, or is it a high pitch noise like I am describing? What it really sounds like is high pitch wind noise.
I know it is impossible just in words to describe a noise, but trying to see if anyone had problems with tires that I mention, or experienced a high type noise as you get more speed. However you can even hear it somewhat at lower speeds to.

i totally agree with member yogi, sounds like your tires are causing the "noise" different tires, softer compound of the tires or a different pattern will solve it.
