i don't know how hard it is to replace. the sad part of this whole problem was that i am a mechanic myself. but i had a disk removed in my lower back when this problem started. i was so tee'd of at gm and i couldn't really check if and what work they really did. i sold the truck shortly after and got a good deal on a 2000 chev. now i wish i had my 1993 back.
