I would check and see if all of your brake lines and connected and that nothings rubbing. I had a problem similar to this. I kept hearing this clicking noise coming from the back, and had no clue what it was and never checked it in time. I came to find out, "when i lost my brakes on the HWY", that it was my rear brake line rubbing on my axel. so if i was you i would put the rear of you car on jack stands take off the your rims, have someone sit in you car and step on the brakes lightly so you can still turn the rear roters and double check things, make sure that the brake lines are connected and not moving or rubbing on anything.
