I have a 96 grand voy SE. Sometimes my wipers would not turn off or turn on when I wanted them to. Also would continue to run after engine was turned off. I pulled the fuse in engine compartment and plugged it back in and this fixed the problem for several months. They are now doing it again once in a while.
